Factory facilities
Sorter
Washes and sorts produce and fruits. Multi-layer sorting lanes enable higher throughput.
Flake ice maker
Produces light, dry flake ice at an evaporation temperature of −25°C, ideal for rapid cooling of seafood and vegetables. Standard specs: ice-making water temp 0–30°C, ambient temp 0–35°C, power 3-phase 200/220V.
Liquid-immersion freezer
Immerses foods in an ultra-low-temperature liquid to achieve rapid freezing—about 4× faster than conventional methods and 8× faster than air-blast systems. Reduces uneven freezing and whitening for high quality even after thawing.
Food printer
Prints text, illustrations, and photos directly on food using edible ink.
Flow meter & dust monitor
Measurement tools that “measure and visualize” to support process improvement and safety management across manufacturing, environment, facilities, and maintenance.
Automatic thermoform vacuum packaging machine
Uses two films (top and bottom) and automates forming, filling, vacuuming, sealing, and cutting. High-vacuum capability with hygienic, space-saving design—ideal for food, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Air conditioning system
An outdoor air handling unit that uses heat pump technology to heat/cool and humidify/dehumidify fresh air in one system. Supplies clean air with high-volume ventilation—ideal for hospitals, welfare facilities, and central kitchens.
Boilers & water heaters
High-efficiency equipment for hot water and space heating. Choose the best model by use, fuel, and pressure—space-saving and low-noise for stable heat supply with reduced environmental impact.
Gas water heater with integrated storage tank
Packaged system integrating a gas water heater, storage tank, and circulation pump. Up to 95% high-efficiency combustion and thermal stratification improve storage efficiency—saving space and reducing initial cost.
Filtration system & storage tank
A package integrating a boiler, circulation filtration unit, circulation pump, and control panel optimized for commercial use. Reduces operational workload, simplifies installation, and cuts water and fuel costs.
Overhead crane
A crane installed on a factory ceiling. Includes runway rail type and suspended type that hangs between girders.
Wire EDM machine
Water-based wire EDM machine balancing high accuracy and efficiency. High-rigidity structure and temperature compensation enable ±1 μm precision. Automation such as automatic wire feeding improves stability and productivity.
Tent warehouse
Lightweight and highly durable, tent warehouses and membrane structures are quick to build and cost-effective, making them a popular solution amid rising construction costs (also adopted for the Osaka Expo pavilion).
